Flying to Negril

Arrive in style from Sangster International Airport, after a 15 to 20 minute flight into Negril, followed by a short taxi ride to your hotel.


Many of the all-inclusive resorts and other hotels are located on Norman Manley Boulevard. This strip runs seven to eight kilometers from Downtown Negril to the Negril Airport.


Taxi & Tour Buses to Negril

Taxis are available at Sangster International Airport which will take you to your hotel in Negril. Another choice is to share a trip with a tour bus that is already headed to Negril.


Tour buses typically cost USD 35 to 45 per passenger. Depending on traffic, it may take 1 to 2 hours to get to Negril. You will observe a beautiful landscape during your travel to Negril, which will make for a wonderful ride.



Renting a car at the Airport

There are several car rental agencies situated in and near Sangster International Airport, which gives travelers the option to choose a private drive to Negril. Keep in mind that driving is done on the left-hand side of the road in Jamaica, and that the country roads may not be familiar to your everyday commute.
